"Keys of Gold" is a new soundset for the Artis SE providing 33 typical keyboard sounds.
You will find : - 12 Rhodes sounds - 7 Wurlitzer sounds - 8 Acoustic pianos sounds - 6 Clavinet sounds This set will provide alternate instruments, with different sounding caracteristics from the stock presets. Models have been created using VAST synthesis, mainly based on the ROM samples and the user can adjust those models using the sliders and can shape the sounds. Please note that in this version the acoustic pianos use some 'German-D' samples ! | ||
Controls :
For the Rhodes and Wurly you can adjust the hammers and tines level, the release pedal noise, the mic overdrive (Rhodes only) and reverb. Tremolo speed and depth is also user programmable...
On the acoustic piano, you can adjust the hammers noises, the release pedal noise, the sympathic resonance level, the tuning of the alternate string and its level and you can adjust the reverb level.
And for the clavinets, depending of the sounds you can adjust the attack and release noises, the frequency,
the frequency width and lfo speed for the "wahwah" effect.

The Artis SE has a cool a very easy to use EQ section. On the PC3 version of "Keys Of Gold", the EQ was set to respond to some sliders. On the Artis, this EQ is still here in the effects chain but the parameters have been 'frozen' to the presets values. So you still have the 'vibe' of the PC3 version and you can adjust the overall tone with the Master EQ of the Artis SE... |
